Meal Program

 

Webling has an automated meal system called eTrition.  Individual meal accounts are created for each child enrolled at Webling. This account is like a debit checking account. It allows you to prepay your child’s breakfast and lunch meals.  At the point of purchase when your child picks up a breakfast meal, lunch or milk, the cost of the meal or milk will be deducted from your child’s account.  Payments (cash, check, or online) are made to the account by parents. Checks are made payable to the “Department of Education”.  Envelopes are provided in the school office for deposits and can be dropped in the payment box between the hours of  7:30am-4:00pm.  Parents can also register and create an account at EZSchoolPay.com, to make online payments, monitor your child's account and purchase history.

Note: Payments will not be accepted at the serving line.

 

FREE/REDUCED MEAL PROGRAM

Free and reduced lunch is provided to those children whose parents qualify for the program.  Application forms are sent home via your child at the beginning of the school year and are also available throughout the year in the school office.  On-line applications for free and reduced-price meals are available for submission at EZMealApp.com.  Every year a new application must be submitted to determine eligibility for the current school year.

Breakfast is served from 7:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

Negative Account Balances

If your child forgets his/her lunch or does not have sufficient funds in their meal account, he/she will still receive a lunch.  Your child will be charged for any meal purchases made daily.  Notifications will be sent via email or slips will be sent home with your child indicating  your child's negative balance and day(s) meals were purchased.  Please make a deposit into your child’s account the following day to clear the negative balance and insure future meal purchases.
