School History

Built in 1967 our school was named after Mr. Gustav H. Webling.  He was a life-long learner who served as a teacher and principal in the Territorial Department of Public Instruction for 36 years.  He exemplified the meaning of civic responsibility and served in many vital community groups.  He strove diligently to maintain the well being of all.  His portrait hangs in our office and a commemorative stone landmark was constructed to remind us of his commitment and legacy to the education of all children in Hawaii.
