Please notify the office if there are any changes in:

• Address
• Phone number (home, work and cell number)
• Place of employment
• Medical insurance
•  Emergency contact information
• Legal guardianship

 

 

 

 

LOST AND FOUND ARTICLES

 

PARENTS ARE ADVISED TO LABEL ALL ARTICLES (clothing and supplies) BELONGING TO THEIR CHILDREN.  This will facilitate finding the rightful owners when items are found and turned in.

 

Lost and found articles are kept in the office.  Items are periodically displayed in the cafeteria for students to look over and claim.

 

At the end of each quarter, items not claimed are donated to a worthy charity.
