year. Parents are to review the report, then sign and return the envelope.

Parent/teacher conferences are scheduled after the end of the first quarter. For approximately
six (6) days, students are released early from school. Parents and teachers meet and discuss
the student’s progress in school. At this time, parent and teacher concerns can be discussed
in an effort to better the student’s school year.

Parent/Teacher conferences may be arranged by contacting your child’s teacher (preferably
a week ahead). Pre-arranged conferences before or after school allows uninterrupted class
